A cluster of stars along with hydrogen gas and dust constitute a galaxy. There are millions of galaxies in the universe. These group of galaxies make a universe. The name of our galaxy is the milky way.

A group of stars that appear to form some recognizable pattern or shape in the sky is known as a constellation
